At 7:35 p.m. on September 30, 2016 city police arrested 30 year old Justin Whalen of Kingsford Road on an outstanding warrant.
It’s alleged that the accused attended the LCBO on 14 September and stole merchandise. At the time of the offence the accused was on a probation order with conditions that he keep the peace and be of good behavior.
He has been charged with theft under $5000 and breach of probation. He will be attending court on November 07, 2016
