On May 1, 2017 officers with the Patrol Services Division of the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service arrested a 33-year-old male in relation to a domestic violence incident.
It is alleged that on May 1, 2017 the accused engaged in a verbal argument with his girlfriend. The accused then took the victim’s phone and smashed it.
Officers located the accused and he was placed under arrest for one count of mischief under $5,000. He will appear in bail court today.
