A second person has been charged in relation to an assault incident that occurred on Oct. 30.
Police say that following an argument, the victim was kicked out of a vehicle and 25-year-old Brandon Wabigwan attempted to strike the victim with the vehicle.
The incident was reported to police on Nov. 11 and 29-year-old Nicholas Hnakiuk was arrested later that day.
Wabigwan was located and arrested yesterday, and charged with:
• Assault
• Assault with a weapon
• Theft under $5,000
He is scheduled to appear in court on Jan. 16.
