A 29-year-old Sault man has been accused of impaired driving.
Police say they responded to a report of a possible impaired driver last night around 10:00 p.m.in the 1000 block of Second Line West.
Officers developed grounds to believe the accused's ability to operate a motor vehicle was impaired by alcohol, police say.
The driver was arrested and, according to police, later failed a breath test.
As a result, Kyle Maitland has been charged with impaired driving – alcohol and drugs and impaired driving – blood alcohol concentration (80 plus).
He was released on an appearance notice and is scheduled to appear in court on July 26, 2021.
