On March 9, 2020, officers with Investigation Services arrested 37-year-old Jonathan Lowe for sexual assault.
It’s alleged on Sept. 18, 2018, the accused had contact with someone for a sexual purpose without their consent. It is further alleged he distributed intimate images of the victim without their consent.
It is further alleged on March 7, 2018, the accused took intimate images of another victim and later distributed the intimate images without their consent.
The accused was arrested on March 9, 2020, and charged with sexual assault and two counts of distributing intimate images. He is scheduled to appear in court on April 20, 2020.
