On 11 September 2015, at approximately 5:00 pm, city police attended a residence in the central part of the city responding to a complaint of a domestic disturbance. The investigation revealed that the male resident, in his 40’s, had assaulted his spouse by pushing her down. The male was arrested and will receive a court date.
On 12 September 2015, shortly after midnight, officers responded to a complaint of a male in the downtown core who appeared to be intoxicated. The male was located, passed out in a laneway. A check of the male revealed he was wanted for failing to appear for court. He was arrested and will receive a court date.
