City police have been kept busy answering fender-bender calls. The winter weather produced 21 of them over the past twenty-four hours. There were no serious injuries and damage was minimal.
A police official said that is about average for the first day of snow-covered streets. You are asked to do up your seat belt and start braking early at each intersection.
