On May 4, 2012 at approx. 5:10 pm a male subject age 40 was arrested for sexual assault and breach of probation. It is alleged that between the 1st day of July and the 31st day of July in the year 2011 the accused was at an apartment in a central location in Sault Ste. Marie and sexually assaulted the victim. The accused also breached probation by not keeping the peace and being of good behavior. The accused will be in Wash Court on May 5, 2012.
On May 4, 2012 at approx. 8:11 pm a young person was arrest in the area of Nicolas Avenue for breach of the peace and resist arrest. The accused will attend court on the 5th day of June at 9:30am.
Amy Lecompte age 32 of 103 Asquith was charged with theft under $5000.00. It is alleged the accused was at Zellers in the Station Mall where she was observed by store security placing several items from the store into a bag and then leaving the store without paying. She is scheduled to appear in court on June 18 2012.

Break and Enter to the 100 block of Albert East music equipment taken.
Break and Enter in the 1600 block of Wellington Street East / unknown person or persons entered a local school entered the music area of the school. Unknown if anything taken at this time.
