A 24 year old female was arrested and charged with assault with a weapon, mischief under $5000 and threatening as a result of a Domestic Violence investigation. She is scheduled to appear in court on April 10th.

22 year old Ethan Bishop of 1310 Peoples Rd was arrested on a warrant for possession of stolen property. It is alleged that on the 30th of January 2013 he had in his possession copper wire that was stolen from ESSAR Steel . He is scheduled to appear in court on April 8th.

On March 2, 2013 shortly after midnight Police Officers attended the Algoma Treatment and Remand Centre for a male that was late in reporting for his intermittent sentence. The male, Michael Arbuckle, age 33 of 60 Forbell Dr. Elliot Lake was arrested and charged with Unlawfully at Large. He will appear in court on April 8th, 2013.

On March the 2nd, 2013 shortly after one am Patrol Officers stopped a truck for a traffic violation on Wallace Terrace. While officers were dealing with the driver they found that he has consumed some alcoholic beverages earlier in the evening. Police ordered a raodside sample from the male and he refused to provide a suitable sample. Christopher Lucas, age 29 of 514 Wallace Terrace has been charged with Failing to Provide a Breath Sample. He will appear in court on April 8th, 2013 at 9:00 am.
