At 3 p.m. on July 29, 2016 City Police arrested 26-year-old Shane Chad Agawa of Albert St West. It’s alleged that the accused failed to appear for a court date on July 25, 2016. Further, he was wanted on a court issued bench warrant on charges of theft under $5,000 and breach of probation. He will be appearing in court on August 29, 2016.
