Police responded to two complaints of an impaired driver, initially in the parking lot of Wendy’s Restaurant in the downtown area and then to a call for assistance for the same vehicle in the lower Bruce St. area for a male found unconscious behind the wheel of a vehicle.
Upon arrival officers observed a Ford F-150 in parking lot behind Solo restaurant with male slouched over behind the wheel with the vehicle still running, in gear with lights on and a beer in the cup holder.
Jason McCoy was arrested and subsequently refused to provide a breath sample.
