City Police picked up 44-year-old Robert Richardson yesterday in connection with a home invasion that took place before Christmas on McNabb Street.

Richardson was charged with robbery with wounding, break and enter while committing an indictable offense, and mischief.

He's accused of entering a house, stealing some money from a male occupant, then wounding the occupant by sticking him with a broken chair leg.

The mischief charge related to a television that was broken while the accused was in the house.
