At 3:40 P.M. on February 19, 2016 City Police arrested 25 year old Jonathan Boyer on an outstanding warrant. It’s alleged that the accused had a stolen chainsaw in his possession that had been reported stolen. He has been charged with Possession of Property obtained by crime under $5000.00 and will be appearing in court on 21 March, 2016.
At 3:45 P.M. on February 19, 2016 City Police arrested 31 year old Robyn-Lee Cote of Clearview drive SSM on outstanding arrest warrants. It’s alleged that the accused person failed to show up for court on February 01, 2016 on charges of breach of probation and drug offences. She has been charged with failing to appear in court. She will be appearing in court on March 21, 2016.
At 7:55 P.M. on February 19, 2016 City Police arrested 35 year old Jolene Lenius of Church Street. Police were called to a residence in the central part of town and found the accused had been drinking in contravention of conditions on a court document. She has been charged with Breach of Undertaking and will be appearing in court on March 21, 2016.
At 3:25 P.M. on February 19, 2016 City Police located and arrested 36 year old Rachelle Daynard of Queen St. West on outstanding arrest warrants. The accused was wanted for two counts of failing to appear court, 3 counts of theft under $5000.00 and one count of possession of stolen property. She will be appearing in W.A.S.H. (weekend and statutory holiday) bail court on February 20, 2016.
