On the 30th of August 2014, Patrol Services was investigating a number of break and enters in the east end of the City. The investigation led Patrol Officers to a home on Bristol Place where the suspect was located inside the residence.

The investigation led Patrol Officers to a home on Bristol Place where the suspect was located inside the residence.  24-year-old Daniel Murphy has been charged with break and enter and a number of property related offences. He will appear in Wash Court on the 31st of August 2014. The investigation is ongoing.

City Police attended in the 100 block of Laura Street today for a break and enter.  The homeowner was in the residence working in the house when a male entered the residence through an unlocked door.  The male asked for money and the homeowner pushed the male out of the residence and locked the door. Officers attended in the area, along with Police Service Dog Justice, to locate the suspect.  This was met with negative results.  The suspect is described as being a male in his mid-twenties to early thirties.  He was wearing a black hoodie, black pants and grey running shoes.

30 year old Rosemary Pheasant of Pim Street was arrested [yesterday] afternoon on outstanding warrants for fail to appear in court in relation to a theft charge in 2013 and three counts of breach of probation.  She will appear in WASH court.

28-year old Jayme Bellerose of Charles Street was arrested [yesterday] afternoon on an outstanding warrant for one count of breach of a recognizance and one count of breach of probation.  It is alleged that the accused on a recognizance to reside ant an address that he failed to reside with.  He was also on probation with condition to keep the peace and be of good behaviour. The accused will appear in WASH court.
