On April 5, 2013 at 9:45 p.m., City Police arrested and charged a female with assault with a weapon X 2 and Breach of Probation X 2. It is alleged that she assaulted a female and male known to her by striking them with various items. Rebecca Fleming, 21 years, of 441 Queen St. West will be appearing in WASH Court on April 6, 2013.

On April 5, 2013 at 11:00 p.m., City Police arrested and charged a 39 year old female in regard to a domestic assault. It is alleged that she struck a male in the head with a beer bottle. At the time, the accused was on a probation order with numerous conditions regarding the victim. She is charged with assault with a weapon and Breach of Probation X 4. The accused will be appearing in WASH court on April 6, 2013.
