10:40 a.m. update:
Sault Police have confirmed that police presence at the bottom of St. George's hill this morning was in response to a collision between a cyclist and a parked SUV.
Police say a male cyclist struck a parked SUV and was taken to hospital.
The SUV driver was not charged.

Sault Ste. Marie Police Service cruisers and forensics unit are currently on scene at the bottom of St. George's hill.
An SUV with a broken rear window was observed at the scene, and police were seen removing a bicycle from the scene and placing in a police vehicle.
