Officers who responded to a report of a break and enter in progress on Edmonds Ave. found a man inside a shed.
Police say the shed was damaged in such a way that it would allow someone to enter the shed. Police arrested the man who was inside the shed.
Joseph Fabiano, 28, is charged with break and enter, mischief under $5,000 and failing to comply with probation order conditions to keep the peace and be of good behaviour.
Fabiano was released and is scheduled to be in court on Sept. 26.
