One person has been arrested after a fight over the weekend.
Sault Ste. Marie Police were called to the physical altercation in the 100 block of Gore Street at around 1 p.m. Saturday.
By the time officers arrived, the fight was over, but “an investigation revealed the accused had punched a victim and wrestled them to the ground,” alleged police in a news release.
Francis Rose, 35, has been charged with assault.
None of the allegations have been tested in court and the accused is considered innocent unless proven guilty.
