One person is facing charges in a Boxing Day break and enter.
Sault Ste. Marie Police were called to the 400 block of Queen Street East on Dec. 26.
The suspect was gone by the time officers arrived, but they were able to identify a suspect and a warrant was obtained for their arrest.
Police arrested the suspect in the 700 block of Wellington Street East on Tuesday, Feb. 18.
Anthony Best, 36, has been charged with break and enter.
None of the allegations have been tested in court and the accused is considered innocent unless proven guilty.
