On September 6, 2015 at 7:00 p.m., city police attended at a residence on Queen Street West regarding a domestic disturbance. A 74 year old male was allegedly in the company of a female that he was on a recognizance of bail not to communicate with or be within 10 metres of. He was arrested and charged with breach of recognizance X 2 and will be appearing in WASH court on September 7, 2015.
