On the 15 September 2014 officers from the Crime Suppression Unit located and charged 36 yr. old Vicki Springbett with Possession of Property Obtained by Crime. Springbett is alleged to have pawned an IPOD at a local Pawn dealer.
On the 15 September 2014 officers from the Crime Suppression Unit located and charged 36 yr. old Vicki Springbett with Possession of Property Obtained by Crime. Springbett is alleged to have pawned an IPOD at a local Pawn dealer. This IPOD had been reported stolen at an earlier date. Springbett will appear in court on the 20 October 2014 to answer to the charge.

A 26-year-old male was arrested by city police last night after a neighbour called in about an argument between the accused and a female. Upon the officers arrival it was learned that the male was on conditions not to be around the female. As a result he was charged with breaching conditions relating to an earlier domestic. He will be appearing in bail court later this morning.
On September 13 city police attended at Bruce Street Storage regarding a break in. Four units were broken into. It is unknown what was taken. Officers from Investigation Services are following up on this investigation.
On September 14 a homeowner in the 900 block of Wellington Street East reported a break and enter that had occurred between the 9th and 13th of September. A redwood grandfather box with a brass handle and four drawers as taken as well as a tie pin with a sword on it.
Yesterday afternoon city police attended at Viotto and Sons compound on Second Line West for a break and enter to the compound. Items taken include a generator, various tools and a wheelbarrow.
