On August 31, 2014 at approximately 5:25 pm the accused Samantha Rose Dunlop age 25, of Frame Crescent, Elliot Lake Ontario was checked during a traffic stop and it was found that there was an outstanding warrant for her arrest for transportation fraud X 2, theft under $5000 and fail to attend court X 2. The accused was arrested and will appear in WASH court (weekend and statutory holiday court) on September 1, 2014. 

On August 31, 2014 at approximately 9:00 pm City police responded to a call of a female age 22 allegedly assaulting another female at a central hilltop residence.  A further check revealed that the accused was on probation with court ordered conditions not to molest, harass or physically interfere with the victim and to keep the peace and be of good behaviour.  The accused was arrested and will appear in WASH court (weekend and statutory holiday court) onSeptember 1, 2014.
