On May 8, 2016 at 6 p.m. officers arrested 64-year-old Donald Symymyshyn of Pim Street. It is alleged that the accused became involved in an argument with a male victim and at one point in the argument the accused took a piece of a steel bed frame and struck the victim on the leg while he was standing on a ladder. The accused has been charged with assault with a weapon and will appear in court on June 13.
