30 Year old Chicho Rubiano of Wellington St. E. was arrested on May 17, 2015 at 7:25 P.M. by Patrol Officers. Police were called to Grace St. regarding a disturbance on the street. It’s alleged that accused assaulted a person known to him causing the victim to seek medical attention. The victim suffered non-life threatening injuries. Rubiano is being charged with two counts of assault with a weapon and one count of assault causing bodily harm. He will be appearing in WASH Court May 18.
