POSSESSION CHARGES FOR TWO WOMEN Two women were arrested on Saturday after they allegedly left the Canadian Tire Store without paying for their merchandise.
POSSESSION CHARGES FOR TWO WOMEN
Two women were arrested on Saturday after they allegedly left the Canadian Tire Store without paying for their merchandise. 40-year-old Kelly Larue and 36-year-old Claire Leduc were arrested at their residence at 606 Wellington Street East after they allegedly left the store with a 19” television, a home theatre system and 2 DVD players. Both women are charged with theft under $5000 and possession of stolen property. Larue is also charged with breach of probation. A court date of April 19th has been set for both women.


DOMESTIC DISPUTES
A 31-year-old man was arrested Sunday morning as a result of domestic dispute. The man is alleged to have pushed the victim down a set of stairs and threw a set of keys striking the victim in the mouth. The accused male was scheduled to appear in bail court on Sunday morning.

A 51-year-old Sault man was arrested early Sunday morning and charged with Threatening. The charges were laid after a domestic dispute occurred between the victim and the accused. It is alleged that the man made verbal threats to his wife and then left notes and letters threatening her further. The accused will be in Bail Court today at 10:00 AM.

Early this morning City Police were called to a west end address in regards to a domestic dispute. Upon arrival the officers spoke to the victim and learned that her boyfriend assaulted her. The assault consisted of being kicked and punched to the head. Upon arresting the male it was discovered that the Police Service held a warrant for him. The 28-year-old will be appearing in Bail Court today at 10:00 am.


BREAK & ENTER
A cottage in the 1000 block of Prince Lake Road was broken into over the past week. The tenants report that unknown persons were in their cottage and broke into their garage. It is not known what was stolen at this time. Residents in the Prince Twp area are asked to report any suspicious persons and activities.


TIRES SLASHED
A resident of the 100 block of Parkewood Dr. reports that all four tires on his vehicle were slashed. This incident took place late Friday evening to early Saturday morning.
