On June 28 at approximately 1 a.m. a homeowner on Alexandra Street reported hearing glass break and observed three males running from a residence. A second homeowner on Alexandra Street also called to report a break and enter, in which he startled the suspects, who fled the area. Officers attended at the scene and confirmed two break and enters. The suspects did take several items from one of the residents but did not obtain any property from the home in which the owner startled them. There is no description of the suspects at this time.
On June 29, 2014 at 6 pm Patrol Officers dealt with a 50-year-old male who had [allegedly] violated two of his probation orders. The male was on domestic related probation orders not to be under the influence of alcohol when he was around his girlfriend. He was arrested and charged with four counts of breach of probation. He will appear in bail court on June 30.
On June 29, 2014 at 6:35 p.m. patrol officers arrested and charged a 24-year-old male with four counts of breach of probation. The male is alleged to have violated his domestic related probation order by being with and communicating with his ex-girlfriend. He will appear in bail court on June 30.
On June 29 at 4:20 p.m. patrol officers arrested and charged a 28-year-old male with assault causing bodily harm following a domestic related assault. The male [allegedly] assaulted his girlfriend by repeatedly striking her. She required medical attention for her injuries. He will appear in bail court on June 30.
On June 29, 2014 at 9:53 p.m. patrol officers arrested and charged a 51-year-old male following a domestic assault complaint. Officers learned that the male [allegedly] assaulted his common in law spouse on June 28, 2014 and March 1, 2013. The victim received minor injuries in the assaults that did not require medical attention. He will appear in bail court on June 30.
On June 29, 2014 at 11:35 p.m. patrol officers arrested and charged a 29-year-old male with domestic assault. The male had [allegedly] assaulted his girlfriend by striking her in the head. The victim did not require medical attention. The male was also on a recognizance of bail not to be with the victim or be consuming alcohol. He was subsequently charged with two counts of breach of recognizance. He will appear in bail court on June 30.
On June 29 at 7 p.m. patrol officers arrested and charged Karly Boucher, age 22, of East St with theft under $5,000 following a shoplifting incident at Joe’s No Frills on Second Line West. She will appear in court on July 28.
On June 30 at 1:10 a.m. Patrol Officers found a 19-year-old female in the company of male she was on release conditions not to be with. Her original charges were domestic related. She was arrested and charged with breach of undertaking. She will appear in bail court on June 30.
On June 30 at 2 a.m. patrol officers arrested and charged a 22-year-old for domestic related breach of probation. The male was on court imposed conditions not to be with a female he was found with. He will appear in bail court on June 30.
