Police were called to a Sunday evening robbery at about 11:00 that took place on the train tracks just north of Trunk Road.
Police were called to a Sunday evening robbery at about 11:00 that took place on the train tracks just north of Trunk Road. The victim, a 32-year-old female was leaving a friend's residence at Heritage Place and decided to use the train tracks as a shortcut.

While walking to Trunk Road, she was attacked by two females. The thieves took her wallet while kneeing and kicking her. The victim suffered a broken right arm.

The two suspects are described as being Aboriginal female, approx. 5 feet, 5 inches tall, heavyset with long dark hair. She was wearing a white jacket. The second suspect was also an Aboriginal female, slimmer that the first suspect and about the same height. The investigation continues.

Police are investigating a break and enter at Etienne Brule School that was discovered at 3:00 p.m. yesterday. It is not known as yet if anything was taken.
