On June 1, 2015 at 1 a.m., city police officers arrested and charged 31-year-old Adam Seabrook of Willow Avenue for mischief to property. Officers were called to 155 Willow Avenue regarding a male smashing windows. Following an investigation, the accused was located in his apartment and arrested. He will be appearing in court on July 6, 2015.
