On July 3, 2016 City police attended at the Algoma Treatment and Remand Center and arrested Sidney Ashley Shaganash, age 20, on dated outstanding warrants. The charges are as follows: failing to attend court X 2, breach of probation and breach of a recognizance. The accused is scheduled to appear in bail court on July 4, 2016 at 10 a.m.
