On February 22, 2015 police were called to an east end residence regarding a male subject going through a vehicle. An off duty police officer apprehended the subject and placed him under arrest.

On February 22, 2015 police were called to an east end residence regarding a male subject going through a vehicle. An off duty police officer apprehended the subject and placed him under arrest. The accused Ryan James Harris, age 28 of Second Avenue, was turned over to uniform officers and they continued the arrest. The accused stands charged with 2 counts of breach of recognizance for not abiding by his curfew. One charge is dates back to February 10, 2015 and the other from February 22, 2015. The accused is also charged with 2 counts of possession of property obtained by crime, one count of theft under $5,000 and one count of trespassing by night. A further check of the accused was done and it was found that there was an outstanding warrant for breach of a recognizance. The accused will appear in bail court February 23, 2015 at 10 a.m.
