On the the 5th of August 2012 at approximately 11:00 p.m. police attended Jemmette Street for reports of a suspicious male. Brandon GRIGG, age 21, of 476 Shannon Road was located and found to be wanted on a warrant of arrest for failing to re-attend court on charges of assault X2, utter threats to cause death X2, criminal harassment and mischief. He was also charged with breaching his conditions of bail as he is on a recognizance with a condition to remain in his residence daily except in the presence of his surety. He will be in WASH (Weekend and Statutory Holiday) court on Monday and will appear in bail court on Tuesday, August 7th.
