Bail Court Appearance Arrests/Charged Persons with Court Appearance Dates: A 17 year-old male youth was arrested on the 29 th of April and charged with one count of break and enter a dwelling and one count of mischief under $5,000.00.

Bail Court Appearance Arrests/Charged Persons with Court Appearance Dates:

A 17 year-old male youth was arrested on the 29th of April and charged with one count of break and enter a dwelling and one count of mischief under $5,000.00.  It is alleged that on the 29th of April at approximately 2:50 am the accused broke into a residence on Cathcart Street.  The accused is to appear in bail court this morning.

Peter Allan Miller, age 33, of #11-196 James Street was arrested on the 30th of April at 4:10 am and charged with one count of breach of probation and one count of fail to comply with an undertaking. It is alleged that police attended at 196 James Street for a fight disturbance and when they arrived they found the accused in an intoxicated state, belligerent and causing a disturbance.  A check on the accused revealed he was on conditions not to consume alcohol. He is to appear in bail court this morning.

A 29 year-old male is appearing in bail court this morning facing charges in relation to a domestic related incident.

A 15 year-old male youth was arrested on the 28th of April on an outstanding warrant and charged with one count of fail to appear court. He is to appear in bail court this morning.

Alan Smith, age 66, of 29 Eastern Avenue was arrested on the 28th of April at 3:20 pm at Canada Customs and charged with one count of consume over the legal limit.  It is alleged that officers were called to Canada Customs on Huron Street after the accused allegedly failed the roadside screening device test at the secondary inspection.  The accused was subsequently charged and is to appear in court on the 28th of May.

Shaun Wilson, age 26, of 97 Crawford Avenue was arrested on the 28th of April on Goulais Avenue and charged with one count of cause a disturbance.  It is alleged that on the 28th of April at approximately 5:07 pm the accused was causing a disturbance by yelling and swearing on Goulais Avenue in the presence of several persons.  He is to appear in court on the 4th of June.

Emily Mirrett, age 25, of 58 Carmichael Avenue, Toronto was arrested on the 27th of April at Wal-Mart and charged with one count of theft under $5,000.00.  It is alleged that she attended at the store on that date and stole some items.  She is to appear in court on the 4th of June.

Bonnie Coull, age 61, of 78 Tancred Street was arrested on the 28th of April at the Dollarma Store in the Station Mall and charged with one count of theft under $5,000.00.  It is alleged that she stole a number of items from the store on that date.  She is to appear in court on the 4th of June.

A 14 year-old male youth was arrested at the Dollarma Store in the Station Mall on the 28th of April and charged with one count of theft under $5,000.00.  It is alleged that he stole some items from the store on that date.  He is to appear in court on the 5th of June.

Break and Enters/Other Property Crimes:  (Thefts, Mischief Reports, etc.) 

  • A residence on Rushmere Drive was broken into sometime over the past few weeks.  The house was ransacked and contents damaged including spray painted walls, smashed furniture.
  • A vehicle was broken into in a business parking lot on Foster Drive.  A wallet left inside was reported stolen.
  • Four tires and rims were reported stolen from a property on Wallace Terrace.
  • Licence plates were stolen from a vehicle on East Street.
  • Vehicles were vandalized on Great Northern Rod, Macdonald Avenue and Pleasant Drive.
