Arrests
22 year old Nicolas Fronzi of 74 Creery Ave was arrested at his residence on an outstanding warrant for failing to appear court. It is alleged that on January 21 2013 the accused failed to appear court in answer to charges of break and enter and breach of probation. The accused is being held for Bail Court on April 30 2013.
Police received a call to a downtown residence for a female to be removed. A records check on the individual revealed an outstanding warrant for fail to appear court on a mischief and threatening charges. Further investigation revealed that the accused was violating a release document from a previous domestic incident. She was further charged with two counts of Breach of Recognizance and is scheduled to appear in Bail Court on April 30 2103.
