On April 20, 2015 Brian Wing age 31 of Government Rd. Echo Bay was in attendance at the court house when it was discovered he had an outstanding warrant for failing to appear for prints.

On April 20, 2015 Brian Wing age 31 of Government Rd. Echo Bay was in attendance at the court house when it was discovered he had an outstanding warrant for failing to appear for prints. He was arrested for the offence and will be appearing in Court on May 25.

On April 20, 2015 at 11:25 a.m. a 14 year old was arrested for assault with a weapon and threatening to cause death. It’s alleged that the young person was at a local High school and approached a person known to them and brandished a knife then threatened to kill the student. A court appearance is scheduled for May 26, 2015.

On April 20, 2015 officers with Patrol Services arrested a 31-year-old male wanted on an arrest warrant in relation to a domestic incident that is alleged to have occurred on April 19, 2015. He will be appearing in court on April 21, 2015.

On April 17, 2015, a male allegedly attended at the Algoma Treatment and Remand Center in an intoxicated state. The male is serving an intermittent sentence and is on probation with one of the conditions being to attend the Center in a sober condition.  On April 19, 2015 the accused was arrested for breach of probation X 2. The accused Michael Todd Yaroshuk, age 44, of James Street, is scheduled to appear in bail court on April 20, 2015 at 10 a.m.

On April 19, 2015, police responded to a call at the Water Tower Inn. There were two person’s involved in a confrontation in the back parking lot. Upon arrival a check of the two was done and it was found that one person had an outstanding warrant for theft under $5,000 and failing to attend court when required to do so. The accused Jessie Lyne Neyland age 26, of Mission Road, Goulais River, was arrested and is scheduled to appear in court on May 25, 2015 at 9 a.m.
