Truck Stolen City Police are investigating a break and enter that occurred between 8:30 PM Friday April 7th and 7:30 AM Saturday April 8th. The unknown culprit(s) entered the offices of Acciavatti & Sons Ltd, 834 McNabb St.

City Police are investigating a break and enter that occurred between 8:30 PM Friday April 7th and 7:30 AM Saturday April 8th. The unknown culprit(s) entered the offices of Acciavatti & Sons Ltd, 834 McNabb St. and stole keys and then a 2002 GMC Sierra pick up truck. The vehicle is described as a full size pick up truck, silver in colour with an aluminum flat bed. The company name, Acciavatti & Sons Ltd is written on the sides of the truck. Anyone seeing this vehicle is requested to call the City Police.

Minor Infraction Leads To Big Charges For 19-Yr Old

On Friday evening at approx. 11:40 PM City Police stopped a vehicle on Pim St. for a minor driving infraction. Upon investigating the driver it is alleged that he was intoxicated by alcohol. The driver was subsequently arrested for Impaired Driving. Further investigation by the offices revealed that the vehicle was stolen.

The accused, Kyle Mario Day, age 19, of 80 Gran St. is charged with Impaired Driving,Drive Over 80 mgs and Possession of Stolen Property. He will be appearing in court on Monday May 15th at 9:00 AM. A young person located in the vehicle with Mr. Day was also arrested and charged with Possession of Stolen Property. This youth will be appearing in court on Tuesday May 16th at 10:00 AM.

Impaired Driver Caught At Millie's Mini Mart

At approx. 11:00 PM Saturday April 9th City Police attended at Millie’s Mini Mart on Wallace Terr. regarding a possible impaired driver. It is alleged that, upon police arrival, the accused was sitting in her vehicle in an extremely intoxicated condition. As a result the accused, Rhonda Marie Hudebine, age 24, of 65 Central St. arrested and charged with Impaired Driving, Drive Over 80 mgs and also for Breach of Probation. She will be appearing in Bail Court today at 10:00 AM.

Mischief & Theft On Beverly St

On Saturday April 8th at approx. 12:25 AM the City Police arrested a male person for Mischief and Theft. It is alleged that the accused attended at an address in the 300 block of Beverly St. and damaged a motor vehicle by breaking a side window on a pick up truck and then slashing all four of the vehicles tires. The accused also stole the vehicle’s rear view mirror. Charged with Mischief Under $ 5,000.00 and Theft Under $ 5,000.00 is 21-year-old Anthony Mark Link, of 73 Manitou Dr. Mr. Link will be appearing in court on Monday May 15th at 9:00 AM.

Mischief & Theft To Vehicles

City Police investigated one mischief and one theft from a vehicle yesterday. The theft took place in the 300 block of Langdon Rd where a cell phone was taken. The mischief to a vehicle took place in the 700 block of Queen St.E.
