On September 17, at 10:30 p.m. officers responded to information of a male with a gun who had shot a round into the air.
Officers located the accused 44-year-old Chad Gary Barkley of no fixed address and took him into custody. Officers also seized a 16 gauge shotgun with ammunition from the accused.
The accused has been charged with careless use of a firearm, careless storage of a firearm, possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose and unauthorized possession of a firearm. The accused will appear in weekend bail court on September 18.
