A man faces charges of resisting, assaulting and disarming a police officer after an altercation yesterday at Churchill Plaza.
The incident took place around noon on Aug. 23, when a person was asked to leave and refused.
When officers tried to arrest him, the man allegedly resisted and tried to disarm the officer, but they were able to gain control of the situation and place him under arrest.
Broc Glover, 32, has been charged with:
- Resisting a Peace Officer
- Assaulting a Peace Officer
- Disarming a Peace Officer
- Fail to Leave Premises When Directed under the Trespass to Property Act
He is being held in custody while waiting for a bail hearing.
