On April 23, 2020 officers with Patrol Services arrested 26-year-old Michael Hogan-Denis for possession of property obtained by crime.
On or about March 21, 2020 a vehicle was stolen from Searchmont. On March 26, 2020 it is alleged the accused attended a business in the 0-100 block of Trunk Rd. while driving the stolen vehicle.
The accused is already in custody on another matter and was arrested in connection to the stolen vehicle. He is charged with possession of property obtained by crime, two counts of driving while under suspension, four counts of breach of probation and three counts of failing to comply with a release order.
He was held for bail court.
