A 53-year-old faces invitation to sexual touching charges stemming from an incident earlier this month.
In a news release issued today, Sault Ste. Marie police say on June 4, the accused asked an underage victim to engage in sexual conduct. No sexual touching took place.
As a result, on June 23, Gordon Yeaman was arrested and charged with invitation to sexual touching.
He was released on an undertaking and is scheduled to appear in court on August 29, 2022.
