A 32-year-old man has been charged with break and enter after entering a residence in the 400 block of Queen Street West and demanding money, a news release said.
Around 2:15 p.m. on Dec. 11 the release stated the suspect left the area on foot without receiving any money.
Officers responded and located the man nearby.
Kyle Massicotte faces charges of break and enter and breach of probation.
The accused was released on an undertaking and is scheduled to appear in court on Feb. 6, 2023.
