Kingston resident accused of driving impaired, erratically on Second Line

A Kingston resident is being accused of driving impaired in the Sault early Wednesday.

Officers patrolling Second Line East spotted a vehicle driving erratically at around 2:45 a.m.

After speaking with the driver, Sault Ste. Marie Police believed they may be impaired by alcohol.

Police say breath samples registered above the legal limit.

Dustin Sleeth, 25, has been charged with:

  • Operation While Impaired – Drug and/or Alcohol
  • Operation While Impaired – Blood Alcohol Concentration (80+)
  • Dangerous Operation

None of the allegations have been tested in court and the accused is considered innocent unless proven guilty.
