A Sarnia resident is being accused of impaired and dangerous driving after a vehicle crashed into a mailbox in the Sault.

Sault Ste. Marie Police were called to the 1600 block of Third Line East at around 6:45 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 21.

Arriving officers found the driver still inside the vehicle with minor physical injuries.

After speaking with the driver, police developed grounds to believe they may be impaired by alcohol.
