LIKED THE FOOD BUT DIDN'T PAY Yesterday afternoon, patrol officers arrested and charged two females with theft. They tried to leave the Zeller's restaurant without paying for their meals.

Yesterday afternoon, patrol officers arrested and charged two females with theft. They tried to leave the Zeller's restaurant without paying for their meals. An investigation alleges that they had tried to steal over $1,000.00 worth of DVD'S and CD'S as well. The accused, Martha Marshall, age 37, of 6 Willa Dr. Rupert Acres and Margaret Morrison, age 21, of 319 North St. were charged with fraudulently obtaining meals and theft under $ 5,000.00. They are both scheduled to appear in court Oct 21st.


DRUG STORE BREAK-IN
At 11:01 pm last evening patrol officers responded to a break and enter alarm at Ideal IDA Drug Store on Trunk Rd. The thief had spun the locks off the exterior door to gain entry into the business. Once inside, the suspect used a rock to break interior glass doors. The suspect stole a quantity of cigarettes and fled the area on foot.
