On October 30, 2014 at 11:52 p.m. Patrol Officers arrested and charged a 22-year-old male with criminal harassment and breach of recognizance.
The male was on court imposed conditions not to communicate with a female party.
He repeatedly attempted to contact her.
He will appear in court on October 31st.
On October 31, 2014 at 12:35 a.m. Patrol Officers checked a vehicle in the 600 block of Third Line East.
Officers found the driver to be displaying signs of having consumed alcohol.
The driver was issued a roadside screening demand and allegedly refused to comply with this demand.
The driver, Irene Myllyla, age 52 of the 3000 block of Queen St. East was arrested and charged with failing to provide a sample for a roadside screening device.
She will appear in court on December 1, 2014.
