On October 2, 2014, police responded to a call regarding an intoxicated female out of control. The accused was yelling and screaming and causing a disturbance. Police arrested the accused and the accused responded by spitting in the officer’s face. The accused Ashley Christina Hilderley, age 18, was arrested for assaulting police and causing a disturbance. The accused will appear in court on November 10, 2014 at 9 a.m.
On October 2, 2014, city police responded to a domestic incident in the east end of the city. On attending investigation revealed that a 21-year-old male is alleged to have assaulted his common law wife by pushing her, pulling her hair and kicking her in the stomach. The accused also damaged furniture, clothing and a cell phone. Officers arrested the accused for assault and mischief. The accused will appear in bail court on October 3, 2014 at 10 a.m.
