On October 24, 2014 City Police arrested a 45 year old male, regarding domestic matters. The accused was on probation with court ordered conditions. The accused was not supposed to communicate in any way with the victim and was to keep the peace and be of good behaviour. It is alleged that between June 1 and September 30, 2014 the victim has had text messages and telephone conversations with the accused. The accused was charged with 3 counts of breach of probation and will appear in bail court on Monday October 27, 2014 at 10:00 am.
On October 23, 2014 at approximately 6:00 am the accused Troy Quesnelle, age 22, attended at the Mac’s Mart store at 187 Gore Street. It is alleged that while at the store the accused was refused cigarettes because he did not have identification to verify his age. The accused began to cause a disturbance by yelling and swearing at the staff. The accused then smashed shelving causing everything to fall to the floor. The accused was arrested on October 24, 2014 for causing a disturbance and mischief under $5000. The accused is scheduled to appear in court on December 1, 2014 at 9:00 am.
On October 23, 2014 at 11:10 hours, city police arrested and charged Kerry Mearow, 38 years old, of Wallace Terrace with Breach of Recognizance of Bail. It is alleged that Mr. Mearow failed to report to a program as required by the court. He will be appearing in Bail Court on October 24, 2014.
