On October 15, 2015 at 8:25 p.m. patrol officers arrested and charged James Guertin, age 46 of Grace Street, with assault. assault with a weapon, threaten death or bodily harm and breach of a recognizance to keep the peace. It is alleged that he assaulted another adult and threatened to harm him with a knife. The victim was not injured in the incident. At the time of the incident the accused was a recognizance to keep the peace. The accused will appear in court on November 23.
On October 16, 2015 at 12:25 a.m. patrol officers arrested and charged a 23-year-old male with breach of undertaking. It is alleged the male was breaching a previous release condition by consuming alcohol. He will appear in bail court on October 16.
