At 6:50 p.m. on Nov. 17, 2016 city police arrested 32-year-old Christopher Rivard of Albert Street. It’s alleged that the accused attended at the Metro on Second Line west and stole merchandise

At 6:50 p.m. on Nov. 17, 2016 city police arrested 32-year-old Christopher Rivard of Albert Street. It’s alleged that the accused attended at the Metro on Second Line west and stole merchandise valued at $45. He was apprehended by a loss prevention officer and turned over to police. He has been charged with one count of theft under $5,000 and will be appearing in court on Dec. 19, 2016.

At 4:25 p.m. on Nov. 17, 2016 city police arrested 33-year-old Travis Arvelin. It’s alleged that the accused attended at Walmart and stole merchandise valued at $10. Additionally it was learned that he also attended at the Flying J on Great Northern Road on Nov. 16, 2016 and stole merchandise of a value not exceeding $5,000. He has been charged with two counts of theft under $5,000 and will be appearing in Court on Dec. 19, 2016.
