At 3 p.m. on May 26, 2016 city police arrested 52-year-old Albert Harman of Wellington Street East. It’s alleged that the accused attended at the Metro and stole merchandise valued at $110.45.

At 3 p.m. on May 26, 2016 city police arrested 52-year-old Albert Harman of Wellington Street East. It’s alleged that the accused attended at the Metro and stole merchandise valued at $110.45. He was apprehended by store security and turned over to police. He has been charged with theft under $5,000 and will be appearing in court on June 27, 2016

At 8 p.m. on May 26, 2016 city police arrested 45-year-old Ralph Carricato of Arbour drive. It’s alleged that the accused attended the Metro on Second Line West and stole merchandise valued at $20.76. He was apprehended by store security and turned over to police. At the time of the offence Mr. Carricato was on probation. Ralph Carricato has been charged with theft under $5,000 and breach of probation. He will be appearing in court on July 4, 2016.

At 9 p.m. on May 26, 2016 city police arrested 47-year-old Robert Pozzo of Albert Street West. It’s alleged that Pozzo pried open 7 mail boxes located at 100 James street causing damage estimated at $433. Pozzo has been charged with mischief under $5,000 and will be appearing in court on July 4, 2016.

At 7 p.m. on May 26, 2016 city police arrested 54-year-old Timothy Maurice Constantineau of Sixth Avenue on an outstanding arrest warrant. On April 9, 2016 at about 2:30 a.m. police were called to an apartment complex on Gore Street for a male with injuries at the bottom of a stair case. The male victim was transported to Sault Area Hospital with significant injuries. A subsequent investigation revealed that the accused assaulted the male resulting in him going down the stairs. As a result, Constantineau has been charged with aggravated assault and he will be appearing in Bail court on May 27, 2016 at 10 a.m.
