On July 11, 2014 a male age 41 was at the Sault Ste. Marie Courthouse attempting to be a surety for another person.
On July 11, 2014 a male age 41 was at the Sault Ste. Marie Courthouse attempting to be a surety for another person. A check was done and it was found that the male had outstanding charges for fail to attend court and previous charges of theft under $5000 and attempt fraud. The accused Jeremy Jay Meloche, of Boron Street, will appear in court on August 18, 2014 at 9 am.

A 16-year-old male will appear in bail court today. It is alleged that on the 1st of July the accused used a pellet gun and shot at five recycling trucks. The trucks were parked in the lot at Sault Ste. Marie Disposal and Green Circle Environment on Sackville Drive. Five windshields and a side window were damaged. The accused has been charged with one count of mischief under $5,000.

Two people were arrested Thursday night for public intoxication and spent the night at the police station.
